Planning to hold an Event (e.g. group trail ride) at the Reserve?
All individuals and groups wishing to hold a special event within the St. Williams Conservation Reserve must submit a Special Event Application to Ontario Parks. Applications can be obtained by contacting the Conservation Reserve Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or 519-426-3239 ext. 227.
All proposed events must align with the objectives of Ontario Parks, which are to:
- Protect ecosystems and/or ensure ecological integrity is maintained
- Provide opportunities for ecologically sustainable outdoor recreation
- Provide opportunities for participants to increase appreciation of nature and/or cultural history
- Facilitate scientific research and/or support monitoring of park/conservation reserve ecology
