Part of the St Williams Conservation Reserve will be temporarily closed to public access effective immediately for vegetation management operations. Plantations in the Conservation Reserve are being logged to restore natural vegetation communities.
The area affected by this temporary closure is in the Turkey Point Tract, located west of Turkey Point Road, between Charlotteville Rd 1 & 2.
For safety reasons, this work area will be closed to all user activities, including off-road vehicles, equestrian, pedestrian and hunting until the logging operation is completed.
